Browsing and security
The site uses local resources. The server receives technical data needed to deliver pages, including the IP address. Anti-spam controls use temporary pseudonymous identifiers, not message contents. Application security logs exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and URL queries; they are retained for up to 14 days. Service security is based on the controller’s legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
Contact requests
If you submit a request, we process your name, email, subject, message and optional phone number to respond, provide information, prepare a quotation or provide support. Name, email, subject and message are needed to process the form; alternatively you can contact us by phone or email. Contractual and pre-contractual requests rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b); other information requests rely on the legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f). The form does not subscribe you to marketing and does not involve automated decisions or profiling. Do not include special-category or unnecessary personal data.
Retention
The submitted data (including your email address) will be retained solely for the period strictly necessary to process and fulfill your contact request.
Recipients and service providers
Your personal data is processed internally by authorized personnel and is not shared, sold, or transferred to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
International transfers
Data is hosted and processed on secure servers located within the European Union. No transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) takes place.
Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact the controller above to exercise your rights. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority or your competent supervisory authority.
